Life Football collects information needed to provide customer accounts, product browsing, custom football kit design requests, cart and checkout, order management, payment status, delivery, customer support, notifications, refunds, points, and account settings.

This may include your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, order and purchase history, payment or refund records, uploaded photos, videos, files, design references, chat messages, voice messages, device information, notification tokens, app activity, crash data, and diagnostics.

Location and media metadata

We may collect delivery addresses and map coordinates that you enter or select for delivery or service purposes. We do not use background location tracking. If you grant media permissions, uploaded media may include metadata such as media location information depending on your device settings.

How we use information

We use information to provide and maintain the app, create and manage accounts, process orders, support design workflows, manage payments, refunds, points, delivery, and support, send service notifications, improve reliability, protect accounts and orders, prevent abuse, and comply with legal or operational requirements.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate hosting, storage, database, push notification, payment and order operations, customer support, security, diagnostics, reliability, and legal compliance.

Security and retention

Your choices

You can update certain account and profile information in the app. You can control device permissions such as notifications, camera, photos, media, and microphone in your device settings. You can delete your account from the profile area of the app or contact Life Football for privacy support.

Children

Life Football is not directed to children. If we learn that personal information from a child was collected without appropriate consent where required, we will take steps to delete that information.
